Creating New Pages

Last Updated: Nov 01, 2013 03:37PM EDT

Adding new web pages is simple. Following their creation you can change their layout and add Content Items as you choose.

From the Navigation Page and take the following steps:

  1. On the navigation side of the Navigation Page, click once on the Page Folder you want the new page to follow. This will highlight the "leading" Page Folder. The new page you create will be the "following" item after it in the main navigation or sub-navigation per your choice.
  2. Click “New” on the left hand side. Alternatively, click "New Child" if you want the new page to be a child of the "leading" Page Folder
  3. A folder representing your new page will appear. Name your web page by typing in the field that says “New Page”. You may also double-click on the name of the new folder to edit it after it is created.

Your new page will have a layout of a single column and have no content. See the instructions on Establishing Page Layout if necessary. To add content, click on “New” on the content side of the Navigation Page while the name of the folder you just created is highlighted. This will open a new Content Item and bring you to its Enter/Edit Content Page.
