Event Manager Reports

Five reports supporting events in Event Manager offer Community and Super Admins with the functionality and information to track registration and attendance. Key reports also offer functionality to accomplish such tasks as substituting a registrant or adjusting sessions.

Report Types

Registrant Roster

The primary report with payment information and other data. Functionality to substitute and change sessions is also on this page.  On the day of the event and following the event the interface allows each registrant to be "marked as attended'.  This report is the primary report for building badges.

Option Summary Report

This report provides a summary of registration sessions with no functionality to manage the information displayed.  The "Paid" column shows the number of registrants for the option and is linked to provide access to an interface for emailing that subset of registrants.

Session Summary Report

This report provides a summary of registration options with no functionality to manage the information displayed. The "Paid" column shows the number of registrants for the option and is linked to provide access to an interface for emailing that subset of registrants.

Registrant Info – Registrant Class Report

The Admin selects the columns of the report to be included prior to clicking "Generate Report".

Session Summary Report

The Session Summary report displays all the registrants for each Session, allowing Admins to evaluate capacity and other needs on a session-to-session basis.

Accessing Reports

For any event, report links are accessed both on the Event Description pages accessed by users and on the Admin website. The report links are nested in the Edit Event button-set through the drop-down arrow.  A general link to "reports" appears at far-right of the Manage Events page of the Admin site.

Downloading Reports

All reports allow admins to export the data. Please note data exported in the reports will reflect the settings configured via Admin > Data Privacy > PII Access when the report is viewed by a Community Admin.
