Higher Logic Thrive Community gives Admins the ability to manage their AMS API credentials on a dedicated admin page. With it, you can:
- Configure and update your integration connection details.
- Set up email notifications to help staff monitor for errors related to your API connection (e.g., bad credentials).
Supported integrations
This feature is supported by our latest version of the integrations below:
- iMIS (2017 and EMS)
- Protech UX365
- YourMembership
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
There may be limitations or requirements that must be met to upgrade to these latest versions. For more information, contact our Support Team by creating a case.
Access the Credentials page
- Access the Admin Interface.
- Navigate to Settings > Integration > Credentials.
Manage your credentials
On the Integration Credentials page, you can set the connection details for your integration.
- If your credentials are valid, you'll see a visual banner indicating this at the top of the page (see below).
- If your credentials are invalid, the integration will automatically be turned off and an email will be sent to the staff you have indicated in the Email Notifications section.
If you make any changes, click Save at the bottom of the page to apply them.
Set up email notifications
In this section, you can define whether or not your staff will receive email notifications, helping them monitor for errors related to your API connection.
NOTE: Notifying at least one person is required; otherwise, an error will display.
- Check Notify all Super Admins to send a notification to all staff with Super Admin permissions.
- If there are staff you'd like to notify other than or in addition to Super Admins, check Notify others and provide their email addresses in the text box below.
NOTE: Separate email addresses by commas, semi-colons, or line breaks.
If you make any changes, click Save to apply them.
