You can enable or disable your site's Daily and Weekly consolidated digest emails, and control what content is included in them, on the Consolidated Digests page, located in the Admin interface.
How to access the Consolidated Digests page
- Click Admin in the Webmaster Links menu.
- Click Admin.
- Select Consolidated Digests from the Communities > Digest Configuration menu.
How to manage your Consolidated Digests
Here, you can enable or disable Daily and Weekly consolidated digest emails, which offer users a comprehensive view of all activity occurring in their community during the previous day or week.
NOTE: Enabling a digest doesn't mean users will automatically begin receiving it: They are defaulted to OFF, and users can choose to enable or disable each of these digests from the My Account > Community Notifications page of their profile.
In the Configuration area, you can control what community content is included in these digests, as well as the maximum length of their title and body. Options include:
- Blog articles
- Discussion posts
- Library Entries
- Volunteer opportunities.
