Extended Attributes page overview
On this page, click the Edit button associated to the community Discussion you want to configure.
NOTE: Any security changes (Security Group access and Moderation status) made to a Discussion are also applied to its associated Library.
You can edit the following Discussion settings (each is described in the table below):
|Name of the Discussion||The Discussion's title.|
|Alternate Community Email Address||If you'd like to provide an alternate email address for the Discussion, enter it here.|
|Default Subject Text||The Discussion's subject text.|
|Discussion Category||Update the Discussion's category, if desired.|
|Description of the Discussion||The Discussion's description.|
|Security Groups Allowed to View Content||Only the Security Groups selected here can view the Discussion's content. This option gives you specific control over who can view and participate in each of your community Discussion forums.|
|Allow Subscribers to change their subscription email address||This option determines whether the Discussion's subscribers can update the email address where their subscription notifications are delivered.|
These three options enable you to control the Discussion's (and associated Library's) Moderation setting:
NOTE: A community Discussion's Moderation setting is also applied to its associated Library. For example, if set to Full Moderation, all files uploaded must be approved before they're available).
