It is paramount to the functionality of your integration that Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Professional (Thrive Marketing Professional) has a secure connection to your integrated AMS/CRM database. If the connection is not secure, the exchange of data will be compromised.

Check your connection
In the classic Admin interface:
- Navigate to Admin > Setup > Bridge Configuration.
- Click Check Connection.
In the New Admin Experience interface:
- Navigate to Settings > Setup > Bridge Configuration (Only UPI).
- In the Diagnostics section, click Check Connection.
The Check Connection page displays diagnostic information about your connection.
Review the information in the Results column.
If problems persist, there are several possible causes. The check connection could fail, even if a sync is still successful. This might be because Thrive Marketing Professional doesn't check the connection on every sync. Make sure the URL is correct or isn't broken (the URL may be the causing the issue).
An email is sent to Thrive Marketing Professional about the down bridge with its initial information.
