If you ever experience difficulty with your connection, you can use Informz's Check Connection tool to ensure your integration is working properly.
Check your Connection
- Navigate to Admin > Setup > Bridge Configuration.
- Click Check Connection.
The Check Connection page displays a brief diagnostic of your connectivity status.
If problems persist, there are several possible causes. The check connection could fail, even if a sync is still successful. This might be because Informz doesn’t check the connection upon every sync. Make sure the URL is correct or isn’t broken (the URL may be the causing the issue).
