If you experience issues with your connection, use the Check Connection tool in Communications Professional to see diagnostic information.
Check your connection
In the legacy Informz interface:
- Navigate to Admin > Setup > Bridge Configuration.
- Click Check Connection.
In the Communications Professional New Admin Experience interface:
- Navigate to Settings > Setup > Bridge Configuration (Only UPI).
The Check Connection page displays diagnostic information about your connectivity status.
If problems persist, there are several possible causes. The check connection could fail, even if a sync is still successful. This might be because Communications Professional doesn't check the connection on every sync. Make sure the URL is correct or isn't broken (the URL may be the causing the issue).
An email is sent to Communications Professional about the down bridge with its initial information.
