If you're having trouble with your netFORUM Pro integration, there are a few things you can do to solve issues that might arise. Let's look at some possible issues and their possible solutions.
The Check Connection link lets you check to ensure that Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Professional (Thrive Marketing Professional) can connect with netFORUM Enterprise. To access the link, navigate to Admin > Setup > Bridge Configuration and click Check Connection.
When your connection is down (as seen above), Thrive Marketing Professional will receive an email with initial information about the concern.
When you send a mailing to your test groups, you may experience issues with unfilled personalization fields, even with remote IDs for the email addresses. This is because netFORUM Enterprise only retrieves records by target group. If a subscriber is in a test group, Thrive Marketing Professional cannot retrieve the personalization for that subscriber and uses the personalization field’s default (if one has been setup).
Dynamic Segmentation (copying the story and sending it to different netFORUM Enterprise target groups in the same mailing) allows for personalizations in each story. The personalization fields are available to the target group assigned to that story.
