Communications Professional works with BPA – an independent auditing company – to provide proof-of-readership volume. This is done by providing administrators with a report containing log files of mail received by the recipients' mail server.
Because BPA audits require some technical configuration by Communications Professional, there is a fee for this service. The mail log reports will be sent to administrators on the account 5 days after a mailing is published (however, if the published mailing name contains the word "test", the mail logs are not sent). Once the report is received, the log files will need to be retrieved and saved within 30 days.
If you would like have BPA audit your records, create a case.
