- Describes how to "disable" and "re-enable" a user's account.
- Explains how to use two dropdowns to manage (assign, remove) the user's ribbons and badges assignments.
The Admin tab on the Profile page is available to Super Admins only, when they are logged in as such.
On this tab, Super Admins can:
- view the individual user's account info and engagement-activity data and
- manage some aspects of the individual user's account, such as account status and ribbon and badge assignments.
Account status
This section displays the current status of the user's account.
- Click Disable This Account.
The button is automatically relabeled as Enable This Account. You can return here and click it to reactivate the user's account.

User account info
This section displays a number of important details about the user's Higher Logic account, such as their unique IDs, date of last log in, Security Groups memberships, and the communities they belong to.
You cannot manage this information here. It is provided only for easy reference.
TIP: The "Keys" can be highlighted and copied to be pasted elsewhere, such as updating a permalink in the event of a name change.
Engagement-activity data
This section displays a list of the user's contributions and the points that were earned for each.
Engagement score
This section displays a list of the user's contributions by Category.
- You can adjust the time period to display different data.
- Clicking Custom opens two calendar fields in which you can specify a date range.
Ribbons and Badges
This section has two dropdown lists with which you can manage the user's ribbons and badges assignments.
- Click the Current Ribbons and Badges dropdown to view those that the user currently has. You can select one and click Delete to remove it from their profile.
- Click the Assignable Ribbons and Badges dropdown to view those for which the user is eligible. You can select one and click Assign to add it to their profile.
