WARNING: Before performing these steps, all users must be logged out from iMIS to avoid possible data corruption.
- Make sure all users exit the iMIS system.
- Log in to iMIS Desktop.
- From Customers, select Set up module > General, and click Additional Windows to open the Customer Setup – Additional Windows window.
- Click Define Tables to open the User Defined Tables window.
- Select the RealMagnet Table Name from the menu.
- Scroll down to RecipientID:
- For Type, select Char.
- For Length enter 32.
- Click Save.
- IMIS prompts you to update the server table; click Yes.
- If prompted to restart iMIS, click OK.
- Click Auto-Create Window.
- Click Close to close the User Defined Tables window.
- Exit iMIS immediately.
