In this article, you'll learn how to view statistics for the confirmation and reminder email messages sent out associated to your events.
To run this report:
- Access the Admin interface.
- Navigate to Events > Reports.
TIP: The resulting page lists all of your events, along with a Search field to make it easy to find them.
- Select an event in the list and click Track.
- On the resulting page, select Confirmation/Reminder Tracking.
- On the resulting page, select a message and click Track.
This report displays email tracking information for all confirmation and reminder emails. The following metrics are displayed:
