This article describes how to view statistics for your events' confirmation and reminder email messages.
To run this report:
- Access the Admin interface.
 - Navigate to Events > Reports.
 
TIP: The resulting page lists all of your events, along with a Search field to make it easy to find them.
- Select an event in the list and click Track.
 
- Click the dropdown and select Confirmation/Reminder Tracking.
 
- Select a message and click Track.
 
This report displays email tracking information for all confirmation and reminder emails. The following metrics are displayed:
- Sent
 - Delivered
 - Opened
 - Links
 - Unsubscribed
 - Bounced
