Personalization enables the insertion of keywords for each contact, resulting in personalized email messages and fax messages. Any of the Custom Fields or Enhanced Fields in your Higher Logic account can be merged into emails.
NOTE: Personalization keywords are case sensitive and must match the format seen below.
Depending on the content-creation method, keywords can be automatically inserted or you might have to manually insert them.
