Send Page Profiles can pre-define your sending options when sending a message to a group. These profiles allow you to auto-fill much of the send page, yet they can still be edited if there are last-minute changes.
NOTE: Send Page Profiles follow Enterprise Asset rules.
NOTE: To enable Send Page Profiles, contact Real Magnet’s Support Team.
When enabled, initially, all users have access to Send Page Profiles.
However, if an Admin disables the Send Message to Group permission, users will be unable to use the feature.
To set up a Send Page Profile:
- Go to the Tools tab.
- Select Account Management.
- Enter a name for your profile.
- Fill in the details for the profile that should be predefined.
Now, you will be able to pre-define the following fields:
- Ad Hoc List
- From Field
- Reply To
- Subject Line
- Send Type
- Fax Resolution
- Billing Code
- Web Version Link
- Message Library
- Email Notifications
- Filter Out Groups
Using Send Page Profiles
Upon sending your message to group, you will be able to select the profile from the dropdown, as shown below.
Why I can’t see a Send Page Profile? Send Page Profiles adhere to Enterprise Asset rules. Make sure that you are on the same team as the individual who created the profile.
