If you're using Campaigns, you should also use our Campaign Tracking Reports feature to see detailed information about your Campaigns. The various metrics let you quickly see how your Campaigns are performing.
NOTE: References to Recipients reflect a current rebranding initiative. Recipients and Contacts are synonymous and refer to the same set of "users."

If the Campaign has never been run, the Campaign Overview page will indicate this (in addition to there being no data).
Campaign Overview page
IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of the different Campaign categories, the tracking pages will present different reporting metrics for Campaigns, Landing Page Campaigns, and Engagement Campaigns.
For example, Landing Page Campaign tracking won't have Message Results or Message Comparison reporting data.
The top of every Campaign Overview page is the same in that it displays the same collection of high-level information (type [e.g., Basic Segmentation], name [e.g., 1-For-1 Engagement], and more) about the Campaign. These data are informational only; there's no way to interact with or change them on this page.
Manage report data
Due to the number of possible reporting sections, this article does not provide an in-depth look at the various reports. Instead, its focus is the types of reporting data and the data-management options.
TIP: Campaign tracking reports have information box icons, , which open an overlay dialog with report-specific information. Click and hold the title bar, and then drag the dialog to reposition it on the page.
Data presentation
The data in these reports are presented as funnels, tables, bar charts, pie charts, and others. Each report is presented in the format that we determined to be best for the information.
Some of these displays are interactive. For example:
- Click a shaded sector of a funnel for more details in a overlay dialog or
- Click a message name in a table to open the message.
The most common formats are:
Funnels
Pie charts
Tables
Dynamic reports
Some of the reports have dropdown menus that you can click to see other metrics of the report; these often change the display to accommodate the data:
Gear icons
Some of the reports have a gear icon in the upper right.
- Click the icon to open the overlay dialog and change the settings.
TIP: The available Settings options depend on which report metrics are displaying. If you choose a different report metric from the dropdown, these options might also change.
Campaigns-related options
The upper right of the Campaign Overview page hosts another gear icon.
NOTE: This icon is for accessing other Campaigns-related options; it's not for managing report data.
Click the gear icon and then click an option.
