At times you may want to manually update a recipient record. If the permission is enabled, you can update a recipient record.
- Click on the Contacts tab.
- Click on Simple Search.
- Search for the recipient's email address.
- On the right side, click on the Details icon.
- Update the record and click Submit.
NOTE: If you are updating a recipient’s email address and the new email address already exists in the database, the system will alert you. You can delete the duplicate record by following steps 1-4 and then clicking Delete at the top of the Details page.
