Mentor Match enables your organization to establish an online mentoring program to promote professional development and networking across your Higher Logic communities. To participate, users must enroll as a Mentor or Mentee (or both) before they'll be able to request a mentoring relationship with another enrolled user.
Mentors have the opportunity to share their knowledge with Mentees, who benefit by gaining insight from someone with years of experience in their particular field. Ultimately, this type of network allows real, meaningful connections to be made, and gives Mentors and Mentees the opportunity to share resources and experience, and work together to achieve professional and personal goals.
