To access several account-related reports:
- Access the Admin interface.
- Navigate to Settings > Reports.
This page lists several reports, covering a range of data. Click a report's title to access the report's configuration page. For some reports, you'll have to specify custom parameters, such as a month, a date range, or the number of opens. Many of these are static, view-on-the-page reports; others can be downloaded.
Let's learn more about each report.
Upload & Export Job Status
Use this report to view reports about your uploads, scheduled jobs, and the status of your add-to-group requests.
Uploads
The Uploads area contains information on the latest upload. Click the icon in the Details column to see additional details. Click Display Previous Uploads to see a list of earlier uploads.
NOTE: Records that failed to upload will be recorded in the "rejects" text file; click the download icon (down arrow in a red circle) to save it.
Suppression Upload Log
This area contains information on the latest upload of suppressed contacts. Check the Status column; Error-Out means the upload failed. Click Display Previous Suppression Uploads to see a list of earlier uploads.
Scheduled Jobs
This section is reserved for your account's scheduled jobs.
NOTE: If there are no jobs scheduled, the section title will be Scheduled Jobs and the message, No scheduled jobs found., will display.
If there are scheduled jobs, any of the following sections could display.
NOTE: All of these are types of "scheduled jobs" and their listings are mutually exclusive, so any number of them could simultaneously display.

Add to Group Status
This section lists the records that have been added to a group.
Monthly Activity
You can generate monthly reports for your email messages and your surveys.
- Choose a month from the dropdown.
- Check the boxes to select the reports you want.
- Click Submit.
The reports open in a new tab. If you selected multiple reports, they display on the same page.
- Use the link in the upper right to print the report or save it as a .PDF file.
Spam Complaints
Use this report to generate a list of spam complaints. Click the calendar icons to specify a date range and then click Submit. The Spam Complaints Details section will display and will indicate if there are no complaints for the specified period; otherwise, a list of complaints will display.
Complaint details
The number of complaints displays above the list; click the (left and right) carets to see more records.
- Click the export icon above the list to save a .csv file of the results
- Click the header in the first column to sort by Date
Recipient details and history
In the right column, click the details icon to view the recipient's details, and click the history icon to visit the recipient's history page. Both of these options open in the current page.
Activity Calendar
The Activity Calendar report includes two primary dashboards: What's Trending and Campaign Snapshots.
- The What's Trending dashboard provides detailed analytics about your campaigns. By default, the Activity Calendar is displayed, but you can access the following additional views: Trends by Day, Inbox Trends, and Content Trends.
- The Campaign Snapshots dashboard to access a summary of how your campaigns are performing. You can click Add Snapshot to add a deployed campaign to this dashboard.

Archive Messages
This report lists messages that are older than three months. Some of the associated recipient data has been archived. Click the sort icon (red down arrow) in the headers to sort by message name or by date.
Deliverability Testing Usage
Use this report to generate a month-based list of how many Deliverability Tests your account conducted.
NOTE: Deliverability tests are run from the Messages list page where you select a message, click Track, and choose Deliverability Test.
- Choose a month from the dropdown and click Submit.
The page refreshes and displays a list. The list indicates if there was no deliverability testing during the specified month. If there are results, the list is populated with the information for that month.
Asset by Folder
This report provides a breakdown of your account's assets. Click the tabs at the top to view your asset categories.
Messages
This tab lists your account's messages and the folders that house them. Click the up and down arrows in the header to sort on either the Message or Folder column to more quickly locate messages.
Groups
This tab lists your account's groups and the folders that house them. Click the up and down arrows in the header to sort on either the Group or Folder column to more quickly locate groups.
Surveys
This tab lists your account's surveys and the folders that house them. Click the up and down arrows in the header to sort on either the Survey or Folder column to more quickly locate surveys.
Events
This tab lists your account's events and the folders that house them. Click the up and down arrows in the header to sort on either the Event or Folder column to more quickly locate events.
Mobile Trends
Use this report to see how many message 'opens' are occurring on mobile devices. Click the Filter dropdown and select one of the minimum options or select All Opens to include all mobile opens.
Sending Reputation
NOTE: This report is in development and currently unavailable.
Compliance Request History
This report lists all compliance-report and data-deletion requests, as indicated in the Request Type column. The number of requests displays above the list; click the (left and right) carets to page through the list if there are many requests.
Email column
Click an email address to open the recipient's details page in a new window. The Email column will display (Data Deleted) if a deletion request has successfully processed.
Status column
Review the Status column to see which requests were successful, which are queued, and which failed (errored out). You can click Get Report to download a report for requests that have completed. Navigate to where you want to store the report file, give it a memorable name, and click Save.
