A Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Enterprise (Thrive Marketing Enterprise) account Admin can designate which Admin users in the account can access and manage various features of the integration. Three features of an integration can be managed:
- Scheduled Uploads
- Tracking
- Unsubscribe Mapping
NOTE: Not all features are available for all integrations.
The ability to manage each of these features is controlled by access levels. Access levels are sets of permissions, each of which allows or denies the authority to perform an activity (such as edit, delete, and run) on a feature. The permissions are set per Admin user.
TIP: You can assign different access levels per Admin user, per activity.
Permissions by feature
Each access level has its own set of permissions. This section details what each access level allows for the feature.
NOTE: Not all features are available for all integrations.
Scheduled Upload
The table below outlines the permission sets for this feature.
Access Level | View | Run | Create/Schedule | Edit | Delete |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Full Access | Y | Y | Y | Y | Y |
Read Only Access | Y | Y | N | N | N |
No Access | N | N | N | N | N |
NOTE: An Admin user must have either the Full Access or the Read Only Access permission in order to use Sync on Send.
Tracking
The table below outlines the permission sets for this feature.
Access Level | View | Edit |
---|---|---|
Full Access | Y | Y |
Read Only Access | Y | N |
No Access | N | N |
NOTE: The Full Access permission for Tracking is required to be able to enable tracking. Thrive Marketing Enterprise recommends that you limit the number of Admins granted this permission.

The table below outlines the permission sets for this feature.
Access Level | View | Create | Edit | Delete |
---|---|---|---|---|
Full Access | Y | Y | Y | Y |
Read Only Access | Y | N | N | N |

Manage Admin permissions
To manage permissions for your integration:
- Navigate to Settings > Permissions > Integration Access Levels.
On the Integration Access Levels page, your Admin users are listed as clickable fields with the integration features listed as colored buttons to the right of each Admin.
NOTE: The color of the button (referenced in the upper right) represents the current permission level.
- Leave the Choose Login default (Show All) to display the complete list or click the dropdown to select an individual Admin. If the complete list displays, scroll down to choose an Admin to manage.
- Click an Admin row to expand it.
- Click the dropdown for each feature (Scheduled Uploads, Tracking, Unsubscribe Mapping) to set its dedicated access level (Full Access, Read Only Access, or No Access).
TIP: Remember: The access levels dictate which actions (edit, run, delete, etc.) that Admin can perform for that feature. For example, an Admin with Read Only Access for Scheduled Uploads can view and run uploads, but cannot create, schedule, edit, or delete uploads.
- Scroll to below the list and click Go.
