The Campaigns Dashboard includes two dashboards: What's Trending and Campaign Snapshots. Each of these is discussed in their associated sections below.
What's Trending
The What's Trending dashboard provides detailed analytics about your campaigns. By default, the Activity Calendar is displayed, but you can access the following additional views: Trends by Day, Inbox Trends, and Content Trends.

Activity Calendar
The calendar shows your "send" activity for the current month. The current month/year you're viewing is displayed above the calendar; click the arrows to view a different month and click on a specific day to see message details.
You can also click:
- the plus sign icon to add a reminder to the calendar;
- the filter icon to filter by team; and
- Overview to see a pop up of other view options for the calendar, like Goals Reached, Link Label Clicks, and Website Visits.
Trends by Day
These reports provide useful message-activity metrics. Hover your mouse in a report's graph to view data.
- Click the (i) next to the report name to learn about the report data.
- Click a gear icon to access a report's Settings dialog to filter the data by Date, Message Category, and Volume.
Inbox Trends
These reports provide information about the performance of the subject lines and preheaders in your messages. This is useful in understanding the influence of key words, and whether some have a greater impact than others and result in higher "open" rates.
- Click the (i) next to the report name to learn about the report data.
- Click a dashed underline to change the data that is returned.
Content Trends
These reports let you quickly see which type of devices get more engagement, and can help you to understand what generates more clicks in your messages.
- Click the (i) next to the report name to learn about the report data.
- Click a gear icon to access a report's Settings dialog to filter the data by Date, Message Category, and Volume.
- Use the dropdowns to choose different report metrics, and click a dashed underline to change the data that is returned.
Campaign Snapshots
By default, you'll be viewing the What's Trending dashboard; click What's Trending and select Campaign Snapshots to access a summary of how your campaigns are performing.
The campaigns that display are those in the chosen Initiative (upper right corner).
TIP: Click the (i) next to the page title for information about managing campaign Initiatives.
- Click the Initiative name and select:
- A different Initiative to display its campaigns, or
- Manage Initiatives to open the Manage Campaign Initiatives dialog.
On the dialog, click:
- A pencil icon to add deployed campaigns to the Initiative.
- An Initiative name to edit the name.
- An X to delete the Initiative, but not the campaigns in it.
- + add new initiative to create an Initiative; click Close to add it.
NOTE: The default Initiative cannot be renamed or deleted.
Managing Initiative campaigns
You can add deployed campaigns to this view and they'll be automatically added to the chosen Initiative.
- Click Add Snapshot.
- On the add campaign dialog, select a campaign.
- Click Select.
The campaign snapshot displays and it is added to the Initiative.
- Click the X on a snapshot to remove the campaign from the view and the Initiative.
WARNING: This action does not offer a confirmation; clicking the X deletes the campaign from the Initiative.
