If you've forgotten your Event Engagement site password, it's easy for you to create a new one so that you can access the site. It's also possible that a site administrator will instruct you to reset your password (e.g., for security reasons). This article guides you through both scenarios.

TIP: Whenever you change your password, be sure to note it somewhere secure.
To reset your password:
- On the Member Login page, click Can't access your account?.
- On the Password page, specify your email address.
NOTE: This must be the email address that is associated with your account in your Event Engagement site.
- Click SEND PASSWORD LINK.
- Open the forgotten-password message in your email client and click the "update your password" link.
- On the Password page, specify and confirm a new password using the provided guidelines.
- Click UPDATE.
NOTE: Please note your new password in a secure place.

Admin request
An Event Engagement site administrator might request that you reset your site password. To do so, the admin will ask you for an alternate email address to which the password-reset link will be sent.
To reset your password:
- Access your alternate email client and open the password-related message.
NOTE: If the message is not in your Inbox, check the Spam/Junk folder.
- Click the password-reset link.
- On the Password page, specify and confirm a new password, and click UPDATE.
You are logged into the Event Engagement site.
