It's possible that when troubleshooting some types of issues, a Customer Support Team agent might require information about the network requests that are generated in your browser when an issue occurs.
To help with issue remediation, the agent might ask that you generate and submit a .har file. A .har file is a log of network requests that were occurring when you encountered an issue. The agent can use the information in the file to further diagnose the issue.
The .har file is generated in the browser, and each browser has a distinct process for generating its unique .har file.
To learn how to generate a .har file in your browser, see Generating a HAR file for troubleshooting.
