Communications Enterprise uses a browser-authentication mechanism to add a level of security to your account. When a browser is authenticated, the device is remembered in the Communications Enterprise system.
If Communications Enterprise doesn't recognize the device from which the log in is being attempted, the following message displays.
- Click Send Activation Code and then access your email client to retrieve the code.
TIP: Do not close the browser or the tab.
Retrieve the code
A message will be sent to the email address that is associated with your account in the Communications Enterprise system.
- Copy the verification code and return to the Communications Enterprise log in page.
NOTE: If the email message is not in your Inbox, check your spam/junk folder.
Enter the code
- Paste (or type) the code into the Enter Activation Code field and click Verify My Code to access your Communications Enterprise account.
NOTE: As indicated, if you did not receive the code in your email client, contact Customer Support.
