This article details creating the Activity Types and Activity Statuses that Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Enterprise (Thrive Marketing Enterprise) requires in order to integrate with MemberSuite.
NOTE: These steps are performed in the MemberSuite interface, so you must log in to your account.
Dependencies
- If the Activity Types are not created, activity tracking will be unable to process.
- If the Activity Statuses are not created, activity tracking will be unable to process.
Activity Types
For this process, download ActivityTypes.xlsx from Supporting files, below, and open it.
- Log in to MemberSuite and select Setup.
- Under CRM Setup, select Activity Types.
- Select Create a New Activity Type.
- Open ActivityTypes.xlsx and:
- Enter a value from the Name column
- Enter the associated value from the Code column
- Confirm that Is Active? is checked.
- Select Save & Create New.
Repeat these steps until all Thrive Marketing Enterprise Activity Types have been created.
Activity Statuses
For this process, download ActivityStatus.xlsx from Supporting files, below, and open it.
- Log in to MemberSuite and select Setup.
- Under CRM Setup, select Activity Statuses.
- Select Create a New Activity Status.
- Open ActivityStatus.xlsx and:
- Enter a value from the Name column
- Enter the associated value from the Code column
- Confirm that Is Active? is checked.
- Select Save & Create New.
Repeat these steps until all Thrive Marketing Enterprise Activity Statuses have been created.
