This is for Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Enterprise (Thrive Marketing Enterprise) customers who want to schedule the upload of their data to Thrive Marketing Enterprise.

Before you begin

• Review the Simple Data Transfer Integration Guide.
• Some integrations leverage simple data transfer; work with your AMS representative to set up:
  • ClearVantage by Euclid
  • Gravitate
  • Elections Online
• The integration lets you connect your FTP site to Thrive Marketing Enterprise data.
• Make sure that your Thrive Marketing Enterprise product is licensed for an integration. You can confirm this with your Implementation Project Manager or you can create a case with Higher Logic Support.

Getting started

1. Add the Higher Logic IP address to your server's list of allowed IP addresses: 209.18.70.19
2. Encryption: TLS/SSL Explicit encryption
3. The FTP solution supports TLS v1.2 only; it doesn't support the older versions of TLS (e.g., SSL v3, TLS v1.0, and TLS v1.1)
4. FTPS must leverage port 21 Implicit FTPS on port 990 is enabled; Explicit FTPS on port 21 is preferred
5. Passive mode port range = 3300 – 5100

Post-configuration steps

After the integration is complete:

1. Review the integration documentation and learning materials
2. Enable tracking
   Initially, the tracking information will sync for the past two weeks. We recommend that you select every tracking activity; this can be disabled later.
