Install the solution
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MSCRM) integration with Communications Enterprise is a solution that can be easily applied to your MSCRM platform.
- Select Settings
- Select Solutions (this may be under Customization in later versions)
- Select Import in the Solutions toolbar
- Import the file RealMagnet_1_1_managed.zip
- After import, the solution should be published
Tracking activities will be displayed in the regular Activities panel.
