If your organization is currently going through a rebranding, or will be doing so, this article will guide you through where to go to update several of the most important areas of your Higher Logic site to ensure it aligns with your new look.
Set up a subdomain
See Online Community CNAME/DNS Instructions to learn more.
Change site name and path name
- Click admin (gear icon) > site setup.
- Update the Site Name; this is the title that appears at the top of the Site Admin page, as well as various site lists in the Admin interface.
- Update the Path Name; the path name is part of your site URL (e.g., http://hledu.connectedcommunity.org/pathname).
NOTE: If you get a “Too many redirects” error, please reach out to support@higherlogic.com to make an update for you to fix it.
Change site logo
On the images tab, click the button to update your site logo. Follow the steps in the pop-up to upload an image.
Change community/discussion/library names

Update the From Address in community emails (HL ONLY)
Let support@higherlogic.com know what the From Address should display in community emails.
Change tenant code and organization name in Higher Logic (HL ONLY)
