After a list of Contacts has been uploaded to an Interests type Target Group, the value of the Count column either:
- does not update to reflect the new count or
- displays Not Counted.
The following steps are a proven workaround for this issue.
- Navigate to Contacts > Groups.
- Locate the "issue" Target Group and hover on the menu to the left of the Target Group name.
- Select Info.
The Target Group will update with the correct count.
- Severity: Minor
- Resolution: No target timeline; may not be prioritized for resolution due to a viable workaround or limited scope of impact.
