Our integrations use a templated implementation approach that maximizes time-to-value.
Thrive Community integrations
The following table lists Higher Logic's templatized AMS and CRM integrations.
NOTE: Below the table there is information about additional options for AMS and CRM customers.
- The Activity Sync column indicates whether Activity Sync is available for the integration.
- The MemberCentric column indicates whether the integration is compatible with MemberCentric.
- The Thrive Marketing column indicates whether the AMS/CRM can also integrate with Higher Logic's marketing automation products (Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Professional and Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Enterprise).

Push integrations
A Push integration allows AMS and CRM customers to use the Higher Logic Push API to enable a one-way synchronization of records from their AMS/CRM database to Higher Logic.
Higher Logic maintains the Push API and the related documentation.
NOTE: Each AMS/CRM customer and/or their vendor is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining their integration with the Push API, based on Higher Logic's documentation.
Upload integrations
The Upload membership provider is spreadsheet-based, so it does not require an API or any direct integration between an AMS/CRM database and Higher Logic.
Higher Logic provides templates that customers can use to upload, update, and remove records, and Higher Logic maintains the necessary documentation and the user interface for these records-management activities.
NOTE: Each AMS/CRM customer is responsible for managing their own member records via the upload process based on Higher Logic's documentation.
