Access a Contact's history
The Contact History dialog presents high-level information about the selected Contact.
To access a Contact's history:
- Access the Admin interface and click the Communications tab above the search field.
- Navigate to Contacts > List.
- Select a Contact and click the History button that displays above the list.
The Contact's history opens in an overlay dialog.

- The dialog is "informational" only. Apart from navigating the history tabs, you cannot interact with the dialog or manipulate or export the data.
- You cannot resize the dialog, but you can "grab" the title bar and re-position it.
- Click the X to close the dialog.
Contact activity histories
Use the tabs to access the Contact's activity histories.
Notes
- The active tab has an orange bar below it (shown under Messages in the image above).
- The column headers and data on each tab are specific to that tab.
- An arrow indicates which column the list is sorted on and the order (shown on the Date column in the image above).
- A down arrow (↓) indicates "first to last," "latest to oldest," (A—Z)
- An up arrow (↑) indicates the reverse, "last to first," "oldest to latest," (Z—A)
Messages
Column | Description |

Name | Name of a message that was sent to the Contact |
Subject | Subject of the message |
Date | Date on which the message was sent |
Delivered | Whether the message was delivered |
Opened | Whether the Contact opened the message |
Clicked | Whether the Contact interacted with the message |
Bounce Details | The result of the send job
NOTE: If a message was not delivered, the reason is a link (see image) that opens a dialog with the details. If the details cannot be retrieved, Not Provided displays. |
Subscriptions
Column | Description |

Action | Action (opt in/opt out) taken by the Contact |
Subscriptions | The opt in/opt out messages that have been sent to the Contact |
Details | Details about the subscription Action |
Notes | If applicable, will display the reason for the subscription Action |
Landing Pages
