Editing HTML for emails differs from editing websites. Email layouts rely heavily on tables and inline CSS, and only certain tags are supported across email clients. While Higher Logic offers ready-to-use templates and an intuitive drag-and-drop editor, you may choose to use your own HTML template—whether created in-house or through a third-party designer.
Our support team is happy to assist with any questions related to the features and functionality of our platform. However, we do not provide support for writing, reviewing, or troubleshooting custom HTML code. Because custom-coded emails can vary widely in structure and complexity, it's best to work with your internal development team or a qualified third-party developer for any specialized coding needs.
With that said, we do have some helpful HTML coding recommendations and tips available in our Higher Logic Users Group (HUG) community.
