The Admin interface has a Profile dropdown that has account information and account-management options.
User & account information
The upper, shaded section of the Profile dropdown shows your:
- First and last names,
- Email address,
- Tenant ID (tenant number followed by account name), and
- Account Number
The system uses the first name, last name, and email address values that are specified in Settings > Users > Manage. Changes to these values will be reflected in the Profile dropdown.
NOTE: You cannot change the tenant and account information.
You can manage your own password to ensure that it remains secure.
TIP: If you change your password, be sure to note it somewhere secure.
To change your password:
- Click Update Password.
- In the dialog, complete all fields and then click Update.
NOTE: You must specify your current password for this procedure. If you don't know your current password, you can use the steps below to reset it.
The system will validate the fields and display a confirmation message.
TIP: You can perform these steps whenever necessary to keep your password secure.
Forgot your password?
Follow these steps to reset your current password.
To reset your password:
- Access the log in page.
- Click Forgot Password?.
- Complete the steps to reset your password.
TIP: Note your password somewhere secure.
If your account has Child Accounts and you're authorized to manage them, you can easily navigate between those accounts right here.

To switch to a different account:
- Click Switch Accounts.
- In the dialog, click an account to select it and then click Switch. You're redirected to the selected account.
