Libraries are an integral part of your community because they are where your users can conveniently and securely share files within the communities they belong to. The reports that are associated with your Libraries are a great way to:
- see what types of files are in your Libraries,
- see who has uploaded, accessed, and downloaded Library files,
- view metrics on approved and rejected files, and
- see who is commenting on and recommending Library Entries.
To access Library reports:
- In the Admin Toolbar, click Admin.
- Navigate to Community > Reports.
- Click the Libraries tab.
Available reports
TIP: If the value in a column is blue text/number, it is a link. Click the link to, for example, view details, visit a member profile, read a blog, or go to a community.

All Libraries | Provides an overview of all the Libraries (of all types) in your communities, including counts of the Entry Types and File Types. The second page lists, describes, and provides details of all Libraries. |
Library Contributors | Lists the (selected) Libraries that were accessed, and the name of each contributor, during the specified date range. The report includes:

Library Entry Access History | Lists the (selected) Libraries that were accessed, and the (selected) actions that occurred, during the specified date range. The report includes:

Library Entry Access History Summary | Lists the (selected) Libraries that were accessed during the specified date range. The report includes the:

Library Entry and File Types | Provides counts of the Entry Types and File Types (with accompanying pie charts) that were created for approved Library Entries in the selected Libraries during the specified date range. |
Library Entry Details | Lists the (selected) Libraries to which Library Entries were uploaded during the specified date range. The report includes the:

Library Statistics | Lists the Libraries that were created during the specified date range and selected for this report. For each Library, the report includes counts of:

Single Library Dashboard | Provides an overview of the selected Library and its activity within the specified date range. The report includes:

Report management options
- There are several options at the top of each report that you can use to navigate, refresh, and export its data.
- Some reports feature additional options, such as filtering data via date ranges or choosing specific items to report on (e.g., a specific Automation Rule or community).
