Before you or your community members will be able to log in and use the Higher Logic Connected Community mobile app, you must complete our SSO/login authentication process. Read on to learn how.
SSO/login authentication steps
- In the Admin Toolbar, click Admin.
- Navigate to Settings > Mobile App.
NOTE: If you don't see this page, create a case. Higher Logic will need to complete a few steps on our end to enable the page for you.
- As indicated in the message, open the open this page link in an incognito/private window. The terminology and method may differ depending on browser, but most allow you to right click a link and select "Open link in incognito window" (or something similar).
- In the Authentication/SSO Test App, enter your credentials and verify you're able to sign in to your community site. If successful, you'll see the following message:
NOTE: If the test is unsuccessful, you'll be instructed to create a case.
- Lastly, refresh the Admin > Settings > Mobile App page. You should see a page like this:

- At this point, you and your community members should be able to log in to your Higher Logic Thrive Community site with the mobile app.
- In addition, the Admin > Settings > Mobile App page is where you can update your mobile site name and app colors (see Mobile App - Update Site Name & Colors).
