Need to view a complete history of your community membership? How about payment invoices for each purchased membership? A Membership page is accessible via your user profile making it easy to do both.
To access your Membership page:
- Access your profile.
- Navigate to My Account > Membership.
The Membership page provides the following details:
- A summary of your current membership is shown at the top of the page. As you can see in the example below, this user's membership has lapsed; all of the important details regarding this lapse are provided, such as when it happened, whether there's a grace period to renew (and the time left), and the cost of renewing
- You can click to view the Security Group(s) you receive via your membership; these govern the additional level of access your membership grants you across your Thrive Community.
- The date you'll be eligible to renew your membership is provided, along with a button to do so if you're within the renew period.
- Lastly, you'll see a View my membership history link at the bottom. Check out the View your membership history section below for more information.
View your membership history
Click the View my membership history link to view a complete list of the memberships you've purchased. For each membership, you'll see:
- the price paid,
- its start/end date,
- any pertinent notes,
- and a Print Invoice link.
Printing an invoice
Click the Print Invoice link to view the invoice for any of your memberships. In the dialog, you'll be able to print off a copy and/or save an invoice to PDF for your records.
TIP: You likely received a receipt from Stripe upon check out for each membership purchase. Printing the Stripe receipt and the invoice here is a great way to file for reimbursement, if applicable to you.
