IMPORTANT: This article references blogs and blog articles. Depending on your product model, you might see news and news articles in your Community site. These are different names for the same feature and references to blogs in this article are also applicable to news.
Blog articles allow for social interaction in two ways (refer to the image below):
- Similar to other approval metrics (e.g., "Liking" content on Facebook), you can click the Recommend button to recommend an article. The number of recommends is shown to the left, and is also a link you can click to view each user who did so.
- At the bottom of the page is a comment section, where you and other users can give your feedback and other thoughts about an article. To do so, simply click Add. You can edit and delete any comments you've made using the associated pencil and trashcan buttons, while admins can modify and delete the comments made by others, if needed.
NOTE: The options available to you depend on your site's configuration.
NOTE: The term "Recommend" is configurable (e.g., it can be changed to "Like"), and may have different nomenclature on your site.
