Security Groups are the fundamental categories to which your users belong, and control access to your site's content at a high level. There are two ways to add users to a Security Group: individually and in groups (via a batch upload).
NOTE: This article describes how to manage users (add and remove) in Higher Logic Security Groups. If your account is integrated with an AMS/CRM database, manage your users' Security Groups assignments in the AMS/CRM only, not in Higher Logic.
