You can access the HUG Education Library while in our HUG community and from the Home page of our product knowledge base.

Education Library structure and contents

The videos are easily accessed via the tree structure, which has two convenient starting points: Higher Logic Thrive Community and Higher Logic Thrive Marketing.

You can access topic-specific videos for each product by clicking the plus icons to expand the structure and navigate down through the levels.

• Common topics (e.g., Design, Setup, and Features) are in each collection, although the video contents are unique to the respective product.
• Each product collection has additional product-specific videos, too.

The library is populated with educational videos that are created and curated by Higher Logic Advisors and other subject-matter experts. The selection of videos is broad, with topics that cover:

• general information (such as Marketing Professional's Templates Overview),
• best practices (such as Thrive Community's Post Launch Best Practices), and
• training and how-to (such as Marketing Enterprise's Preference Management Page Training).
