While software updates and deployments can occur at any time, there are specific times we try to target for larger groups of features and fixes to be deployed. These deployments are designed to be invisible and go unnoticed by customers, except where identified as disruptive below.
Weekly updates
- Online Community
- These updates generally occur on Wednesday evenings between 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm, ET; site access and functionality are not impacted.
- Communications Enterprise (Real Magnet)
- These updates generally occur Wednesday afternoons between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm, ET; site access and functionality are not impacted.
- Communications Professional (Informz)
- These updates generally occur Thursdays. Maintenance alerts display in the application and all users are locked out of the system for the duration of the deployment, which is generally less than 30 minutes.
- OC Integrated Workspace
- These updates generally occur Thursdays between 7:00 pm and 12:00 am, ET.
Quarterly maintenance
Higher Logic performs regular maintenance across all its products each quarter. This maintenance is essential to our providing stable and secure systems for our clients and is an integral component of our Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity (DRBC) process and to Higher Logic's ISO 27001 compliance and SOC Types 1 and 2 certifications.
To minimize disruption to your Online Community and Communications products experiences, we've included our maintenance schedule below. Review and share the schedule so that the disruption to your organization and members is minimal.
To minimize the impact of the service disruption:
- Bookmark this page; add appointments with reminders to your calendar
- Alert staff, members, and other affected persons
- Adjust your work schedules and sessions
- Review and update send times of scheduled activities, such as mailings
(Scheduled activities will automatically resume when the maintenance concludes.)
NOTE: If a "lockout" is deemed necessary to ensure a successful maintenance rollout, notifications will be posted.
