This article...
- Describes how Send Page Profiles save Send page options, such as from address and subject line, for repeated and streamlined use.
- Explains how to create, edit, copy, and delete Send Page Profiles in the Admin interface.
- Outlines configurable properties for each profile, including recipients, addresses, delivery method, notifications, and groups.
Send Page Profiles streamline and standardize the process of sending messages by allowing users to create saved sets of options—essentially templates—for the Send page. These profiles help ensure consistency, save time, and reduce manual errors when sending emails to contacts by pre-filling key options every time a message is sent.
When you select a profile, it automatically populates fields such as:
- From address
- Reply-to address
- Subject line
- Recipient lists/groups
- Delivery method
- Publishing settings
- Email notifications
- Sending Profile
- Any other required or frequently used send options
These profiles are particularly useful for organizations that regularly send the same type of message to the same groups, use consistent branding or compliance settings, or want to minimize manual setup for new communications.
Permissions
When enabling Send Page Profiles for your account, an Admin may determine that only certain users should be allowed to use this functionality.
NOTE: If the Enterprise feature is enabled in your account, Send Page Profiles can be set as a configurable Enterprise asset.
Access your Send Page Profiles
- Access the Admin interface.
- Navigate to Messages > Options > Send Page Profile.
Use this page to create, edit, copy, and delete Send Page Profiles.
Manage Send Page Profiles
- Click a pencil icon to update the profile's settings. Refer to Create and edit Send Page Profiles, below, to learn more.
- Click an icon in the Save As column to copy the profile. Give the copy a unique name and click Submit (do not press Enter). The copy will display in the list; it will have the same properties as the original (click its pencil icon to edit the properties). Rather than starting from scratch, this is an excellent way to quickly create multiple profiles that may share similar settings, leaving you to only need to make small tweaks to finalize them.
- Click an X to delete the profile. Click Yes at the confirmation prompt; the deletion will be confirmed at the top of the page.
Create and edit Send Page Profiles
Click Create Profile in the upper right (refer to the image above) to access the Select/Input Send Information page, where you'll configure the profile's settings.
NOTE: This is the same page and settings you'll access when editing a profile.

Use the upper section to configure the properties of the profile. Give it a name (which can contain alphabetic, numeric, and special characters) and add recipients. Send Page Profile groups
In this section, add and/or remove groups by checking/unchecking their boxes in the Available and Selected sections. As you select groups in the Available section, they automatically move to the Selected section.
- Use the Search field to limit the number of groups displayed.
- Select a group and click the list icon in the upper left to view the group's details in a pop-up.
Make further refinements by checking Filter Out Groups and repeating the process to exclude sub-groups of larger groups.
Create your profile
Once your profile is configured, click Submit at the bottom of the page to create your profile or apply updates while editing an existing one.
