Engagement Scoring is for members or clients. It enables you to define five levels of engagement that people have with your organization.
This category includes the following three reports:
Trends
Plots lines depicting the trend of each of your engagement scores over time, based on the criteria you've defined on the Admin > Engagement > Scoring page. Just like school report cards, these scores are attributed to letter grades (A—F), with A representing your most engaged subscribers and F representing the least engaged.
TIP: Hover your mouse over the data points to view data for specific time periods..
NOTE: Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Scoring to update the criteria for your engagement scores. From there, you can also view more detailed breakdowns for each score, including a list of each subscriber belonging to them and the active messages associated with each.
By Persona
Provides information regarding your engagement scores broken down by each persona set up in your account.
NOTE: Navigate to Admin > Engagement > Personas to manage your personas. From there, you can also view more detailed breakdowns for each persona, including a list of each subscriber belonging to them and the active messages associated with each.
By Email Client
Breaks down the number of subscribers, by engagement score, leveraging each email client type.
This report is useful for understanding whether any email clients appear to be underperforming. If so, you may want to investigate whether there's an issue with that particular client (there may be deliverability issues afoot as well). The point is, you can take some cues from this information to detect problems that would not be as visible otherwise.
