Landing Pages provide a way to create custom input forms, unsubscribe forms, and content landing pages. Using the system's design-friendly editor, Admins can easily customize the look and style of landing pages.
The types of Landing Pages are described in Landing Page Types, in Create a Landing Page.
NOTE: This article covers only the Landing Pages-management actions that are available on this page. Additional Landing Page documentation (e.g., the creation process and templates) is available in the Landing Pages & Forms section of our knowledge base.

Manage a Landing Page
Landing Pages can exist in one of three states:
- In Progress
- Active
- Archive
These states correspond to the three tabs at the top of the page.
Let's look at the available management options for the Landing Pages in each state.
The options are accessible by hovering on the menu icon to the left of a Landing Page name.

- Edit - Accesses the Landing Page Designer.
- Test - Displays a preview of the Landing Page.
- Activate - Activates the Landing Page (moves to “Active”). Users are prompted to confirm.
- Save As Template - Saves the Landing Page as a template you can use to quickly create additional Landing Pages in the future. See Landing Page Templates to learn more.
- Copy - Creates a copy of the Landing Page. Copies will be created as "In Progress."
- Delete - Removes the Landing Page.
- Archive - Archives the Landing Page (moves to "Archive"). Users are prompted to confirm.
The In Progress Landing Pages all have a corresponding checkbox that allows you to move items from one folder to another (this feature is only available to In Progress Landing Pages – checkboxes will not appear for Active or Archived Landing Pages).
Active
- Report - Displays a report of the Landing Page's activity.
- Test - Displays a preview of the Landing Page.

General management actions
There are several management actions above the list. Some of these are to manage the list, rather than individual Landing Pages.
- Click Search to display a dialog where you can search for a Landing Page. Click [+] to add a search criterion, and configure it with the available filters. You can click [+] to add multiple criterion, if needed. Click the Find button to initiate the search.
- Click Reset to restore the original list after having performed a search.
- Click Export to export the current list to an Excel file. This is a great way to share data with others in your organization. Keep in mind that exporting respects any search filters you have set, so if you want to only export specific Landing Pages, be sure to perform a search first.
The three options below are unique to the In Progress list.
- Click Show Deleted to display any items that have been deleted (they're shown in red). If you want to restore a deleted item, mouse over its menu and select Undelete.
- Select one or more items by checking the boxes to their left, and then click Delete, followed by OK in the confirmation pop-up, to remove it.
- Select one or more Landing Pages by checking the boxes to their left, and then click Move to Folder to select a folder to move them to.
Folders
You can create folders for your Landing Pages to keep them organized and manageable.
- Click the Edit button above the list to the right to display a dialog where you can add, edit, and delete folders.
The folder you're currently viewing is shown next to this button, to the left. Click this menu and select a folder to display only its layouts in the list.
