Your Higher Logic site can integrate with a number of AMS/CRM databases. If your community is integrated, you should periodically run the Integration Data reports to uncover gaps, errors, and duplicates in the data. The integrated AMS/CRM database information that is imported into your community is considered the "authority" — if it is wrong or out of date, the information in your community will also be.
These reports are a great way to:
- discover missing information in the integrated database,
- prevent the duplication of data, and
- ensure that your database is up to date so that other reports are accurate.
NOTE: These reports are unique to sites that are integrated with an AMS/CRM database.
To access these reports:
- In the Admin Toolbar, click Admin.
- Navigate to Settings > Integration > Data QA Report.

TIP: If the value in a column is blue text/number, it is a link. Click the link to, for example, view details, visit a member profile, read a blog, or go to a community.
Report | Description |
---|---|
Active Companies With Blank Names | Lists all active Company records that do not have a company name. You can use this information to correct gaps in your integrated AMS/CRM database. |
Active Contacts With Blank Names | Lists all active Contact records that do not have a first and/or last name. When the report displays, check the Last Name and First Name columns to see where there are gaps in your integrated AMS/CRM database. |
Active Contacts With Missing Emails | Lists all active Company and Contact records that do not have an email address. You can use this information to correct these gaps in your integrated AMS/CRM database. |
Communities | Lists all of your communities, grouped by Community Type. Each community record includes a variety of details (such as member counts, discussion and blog activity, moderation settings, and permissions settings) that you can use to compare member activity and engagement across your communities. NOTE: This report is also available in Community > Reports. |
Contacts With Duplicate Emails | Lists all active Company and Contact records that have an email address that is already associated with a different record. An email address cannot be associated with more than one record in Higher Logic. NOTE: Follow the instructions on the report page to remedy the situation. |
Current Community Members | Lists community-member details that enable you to see their status, profile activity, digest notifications, and blog and discussion posts. This report is a great way to get a global picture of members and their engagement for the selected community.
NOTE: This report is also available in Community > Reports. |
Security Groups Summary | Lists the Security Groups in your communities and whether each is the IsMember type (Contacts in an IsMember Security Group have member access to your Higher Logic site). Each Security Group record also indicates how many active Contacts and Companies it has.
NOTE: Some Contacts could be in multiple Security Groups. This will impact the Active Member (IsMember) Contacts and Active Non-member Contacts counts that are above the main report data. TIP: Be sure to review the explanatory notes for Limiting Security Groups?, List of Security Groups Allowed to Sync to Higher Logic, and List of IsMember Security Groups. |
Some Admin reports include "unique" values. To learn more, see Understand unique values.
Report management options
- There are several options at the top of each report that you can use to navigate, refresh, and export its data.
- Some reports feature additional options, such as filtering data via date ranges or choosing specific items to report on (e.g., a specific Automation Rule or community).
All of the available options are described in Admin Reports.
