It is important that you understand and comply with national and international data-privacy regulations. Users have a right to know how and where their Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is used — and can request its removal.
The Security section has reports that you can run to monitor compliance activity by seeing which Super Admins have requested:
- a member's data report and
- the deletion of a member's personal/private data.
To access these reports:
- In the Admin Toolbar, click Admin.
- Navigate to Settings > Security > Reports.
TIP: If the value in a column is blue text/number, it is a link. Click the link to, for example, view details, visit a member profile, read a blog, or go to a community.
|Data Audit Report Requests||Lists the Super Admins who have requested a member's data report. For each Super Admin request, the report shows the:

Some Admin reports include "unique" values. To learn more, see Understand unique values.
Export a report
You can export a CSV file of each of these reports.
- Click Download Report.
- Navigate to where you want to store the report file, give it a memorable name, and click Save.
In both export files, the data in the file matches the on-page report.
