In order to enable and use Smart Campaigns, a Super Admin in your account must first review and accept the AI Terms.
TIP: The AI Terms have to be accepted only once per account; each Super Admin is not required to individually accept the terms.
Accept AI Terms
- Access the Admin interface.
- Navigate to AI Features > AI Features Opt-In.
If the AI Terms box on your AI Features page:
- displays as shown below, the terms have not yet been accepted.
- Click the Review AI Terms button to review and accept the terms.
If the AI Terms box on your AI Features page:
- displays as shown below, the terms have been accepted.
- You can use Smart Campaigns, if they have been enabled as described in the next section.
Enable Smart Campaigns
As an Admin, you can enable Smart Campaigns for your account in the Admin interface.
- Navigate to AI Features > AI Features Opt-In to access the AI Features page.
- The Smart Campaigns box displays under Available Features. Click the toggle in the upper right to the On position.
NOTE: If you don’t see the toggle for Smart Campaigns, contact Support so we can help confirm your setup and access.
The feature is now enabled and a confirmation message displays.
Once enabled, navigate to Campaigns > Smart Campaigns > List. You’ll see a status message at the top of the page while Smart Campaigns are being added to your account.
Next steps
After all campaigns have been published, you must configure your Global Settings before you can activate or use Smart Campaigns. This ensures compliance and consistent branding across your campaigns.
