Availability
- The Strategic Services Team is available Monday–Friday during Higher Logic's regular business hours, 8:30am–5:00pm at the location where the Services are performed.
- The Strategic Services Team is not available on Higher Logic U.S. observed holidays.
Response times
- Your designated Strategic Services consultant will respond to your email inquiries within one (1) business day.
- When you are managing a customer's community inbox and you submit an email inquiry, your designated Strategic Services consultant/community manager will respond within three (3) business days.
Meeting requests
- When you are scheduling a meeting with Higher Logic, we request a minimum notice of two (2) business days.

- The first place you should check for product help is our Support Center knowledge base.
- Our Higher Logic Users Group (HUG) is also a great resource. Use the comprehensive search to view community Discussions or post a question to tap to the wealth of knowledge of your peers (our staff and other community users).
- For technical support, we encourage you to create a case clearly describing the issue.
