Description

Higher Logic Thrive Marketing Professional is stuck loading or errors out when attempting to complete one of the following tasks for a Target Group:

• View the Overview/Count of a Target Group
• Click Info from the menu
• Pull a list of contacts for the group from the Subscribers tab

This issue typically occurs when:

• Target Groups have numerous contacts.
• Requesting to view:
  • a large volume of subscriber data, or
  • complex compound groups that have a large number of Target Groups associated to them.

Workaround

Contact informzsupport@higherlogic.com and we will work with our Engineering team to pull the data for you. When you submit your request, provide:

• the Target Group names and
• the specific field data that you want.
