Threads (Discussion and Q&A posts) are probably the most used feature of your community because they simplify the exchange of ideas and make communications between your members easy and convenient. The Discussions group of reports is for you to get insight into:
- whether your members are subscribing to digest emails,
- who has posted a thread and who has answered, and
- the origin of thread posts and replies.
To access these reports:
- In the Admin Toolbar, click Admin.
- Navigate to Community > Reports.
- Click the Discussions tab.
