Troubleshooting solutions
Issue | Probable Cause | Remedy |

My Landing Page Report is not showing every submission since it was activated. | The Landing Page Report defaults to displaying data from the last 30 days. | In the title bar of the page, you can modify the date range to see more data. See Landing Page Reporting. Also, you can go to Subscribers > Target Groups and select the Landing Pages folder to view all people who visited the form, submitted the form, and visited but did not submit the form. See Landing Page Target Groups. |
I am receiving incomplete submissions from my subscribers when they submit my landing page form. | Your landing page form might have fields that you require but which have not been set as Required. | Edit the landing page form and click the Blue Gear icon to access the Properties pop-up for these fields. Set the fields as Required and save the changes. (Required fields are denoted with a red asterisk on your form.) See Landing Page Tabs. |
The Unsubscribe checkbox is hidden on my landing page form. | The landing page URL is being accessed directly in a web browser, not through a hyperlink in a published or test message. | When anyone navigates directly (via a browser) to a landing page form that has an Unsubscribe checkbox, the "unsubscribe from all mailings" option becomes hidden because the subscriber is considered unknown (no associated email address). To resolve this: 1. Enable the Auto-fill option on the Process tab of your landing page form. 2. Hyperlink the landing page form in your template using the Form Landing Page hyperlink option. 3. Tell subscribers that they must access the form from one of your messages to see the Unsubscribe checkbox. See Items. |
Troubleshoot Landing Pages in Integrations
A subscriber is not seeing the remote interests (checkboxes) on my IPM landing page form. | The subscriber has a record in your account Thrive Marketing Professional only; there's no record in your AMS. | Check your AMS for the subscriber record. If there's no record, add the subscriber to enable IPM via a landing page form. Also, ensure that the Auto-fill option is enabled on the Process tab of your landing page form (this feature is designed for profile management). |
The connection to your AMS is currently down. | Review the Bridge Connection article that is specific to your integration.
A remote interest has been removed from my IPM landing page form. | The remote interest was unchecked on the Subscribers > Profile Fields page. | Navigate to Subscribers > Profile Fields and verify that the interest is checked. If a remote interest is on a landing page form and it gets unchecked on this page, it is removed from all forms on which it has been included. |
