If your site is down and inaccessible, the issue could be on our end or elsewhere. Therefore, start with the simplest checks.
- Check that your internal internet connection is working.
- Check whether others, within and outside your organization, can access the site.
If your internet connection is working but you still cannot access the site:
- Send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
