If your site is down and inaccessible, the issue could be on our end or elsewhere. Therefore, start with the simplest checks.
- Check that your internal internet connection is working.
- Check whether others, within and outside your organization, can access the site.
- Check https://status.higherlogic.com/ to see if there is a system-wide outage.

If your internet connection is working but you still cannot access the site:
- Create a case for "Site Down" at https://support.higherlogic.com/hc/en-us.
One of our Customer Support, Development, or Executive Team members will contact you as soon as possible.
Product status updates
On the status page, you can subscribe to get real-time status updates by one of several methods.
NOTE: Higher Logic encourages all customers to subscribe to updates on this page in order to receive product-status updates as they're posted. This keeps you informed and mitigates case-creation, thereby allowing us to focus on remediating the issue.
- In the upper right of the page, click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES, and then choose your preferred contact method.
